Discovery

Fifteen-plus semi-structured stakeholder interviews mapped the SSL lab-operations ecosystem. Analysis produced seven themes and actionable recommendations, shared with leadership.

Stage 2 · May to Jun 2026

Focus and questionnaire

A cross-functional scoping meeting narrowed the program to the ramp-up flow. A 9-stage model and a structured questionnaire translate Discovery themes into a focused, measurable study.

Stage 3 · Active

Pilot, collect, analyze

Outreach to lab managers and SMEs, response collection, cross-site comparison, and synthesis. The first deep dive is ramp-up flow; more may follow.
